I ♥LOVE♥ MUSIC! (^_^)v
And because of that, here’s a nani-naze fact about the instrument I play :D

[SIDE NOTE(s)]

  • Requests are only open to the people whom I see in my daily life. :D
  • Right now, I am trying to finish all my score collections.

What instrument do you play?
Right now, I am only playing the piano/keyboard.
I may be looking forward to taking another instrument in the near future.

When did you start playing it and why?
I started in 2007.
So I had this keyboard that was bought in 1997 but never got opened. And from there… it was trial and error, etc..

Can/will you play {insert song here}?
Well, it depends on:-

  • The difficulty of the score: The more difficult the song is, of course I will take longer time to complete.
  • Range of note: Right now, the range of my 61-keys keyboard is from C2 to C7 (normal 88 keys are from A0 to C8).Anything below or above that range will be harder to practice.
  • My schedule: I am more busy during the weekdays so I will try to do it during the weekends. Being more commited to studies, means lesser time to play the piano.
  • My mood: Yeah, that is like the most important thing.

Let’s play as duet/trio/quartet!
I will do it just for fun. But I’ll need the score.

Will you accompany me for my recital?
Sorry, I am not ready to accompany people for their recitals.

Are you looking for partner? Will you join my band?
I believe being in band/having a partner will equate to the the need for group practices.
My practice times are irregular nowadays due to the busy schedule and constant mood swings that hinders me from practicing, so probably no, sorry.

What grade are you now?
As of now, I am self-taught. So I have no grade whatsoever.
I got all the help that I can get from everyone around me (thank you people!).
I think will take lesson in near future, when I see it is manageable, etc..

Why are so much of your songs are postponed?
Sometimes, I don’t look out for the range in the score end up realizing that the score is too hard to be practiced on the keyboard because the range is too overboard, or the song is too hard, so I’ll put it off for now.. Another reason is because I just like to do rough sight-reading, which is not counted as “completely mastering the song”.
